news flash

My first nephew was born this afternoon!!! David Bryce Foster was born at 1:55 pm PST, weighing in at 8 lb, 8 oz, and measuring 21 inches long. My sister didn't have to have a C-section this time, for which she was very thankful. Since I do not live anywhere close to Oregon, I don't have pics yet, but will definitely post when I get some.

Congratulations, Chris and Jeanette!

Congratulations to the auntie! :o)

In response to your question...I am actually going today to the get the crown done. I was also thinking about just getting a filling put in, but I did some research on the internet, and decided to go ahead and the get the crown done. It is more expensive (as much or more than the root canal!), but I think it would end up being more expensive to NOT get it done. Since your roots have been cleaned out, your tooth is now officially dead...which means it will chip much easier, and be a pain (in more ways than one!) to have to deal with. So I opted to go ahead and get the crown done, and will pray it lasts me the rest of my life. :)

Why does something so small have to cost so much? :o)

Welcome to the world of being an auntie to a nephew... it's a new (and fun!) experience:o). Is this Janelle who had the baby?

Thanks so much for all the info, Rach!

And thank you to you too, Anne. This is my sister Jeanette who had the baby.....I think that is probably who you meant. :)
